The questions clients ask most often—and a few that are worth asking before you start a photo or video project.

A little more
perspective.
The right approach starts with understanding what the imagery needs to do for you.
When does aerial photography make a difference for a property?
Aerial imagery is especially useful when the grounds, location, roofline, surrounding landscape, or relationship between buildings and outdoor spaces matter. Ground-level photographs show the details; aerial photographs help viewers understand the entire property.
Can you photograph a landscape project before, during, and after construction?
Yes. We can plan return visits to document progress and completion from comparable angles. This is particularly useful for landscape designers, builders, and property owners who want to show the work behind the finished result.
What do I need to prepare before a property photo or video shoot?
We will discuss the purpose of the project and the shots you need. Clearing parked vehicles, moving loose equipment, tidying outdoor spaces, and arranging property access can make a substantial difference. Weather and light also affect the shooting plan.
Do you work in twilight or seasonal conditions?
When the project calls for it, we can plan around evening light or visit in different seasons. Twilight may bring out architectural and landscape lighting; daylight often shows the broader setting more clearly. The best choice depends on the story you want the images to tell.
Are you licensed and insured to fly drones commercially?
ArdeaDrones operates under FAA Part 107 and carries insurance. Every proposed flight is evaluated for airspace restrictions, weather, safety, and other applicable requirements. Not every location or requested flight can be approved.
Can one project be produced for a website, YouTube, and social media?
Yes. We can plan a shoot with multiple uses in mind, including a main horizontal film and short vertical edits where appropriate. It is best to discuss those deliverables before filming so framing, interview coverage, and editing can be organized efficiently.
Can you produce a video podcast for a business?
Yes. Our Nurney Landscape & Design project demonstrates filming a conversation and combining it with project photography, video, editing, and promotional clips. Production scope depends on whether you need a single episode, a continuing series, or help developing the format.
How much does professional drone photography or video production cost?
The price depends on the location, time on site, complexity of the shoot, editing requirements, travel, and final deliverables. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we can discuss a realistic scope and provide an estimate.
What locations do you serve?
We are based in the Lambertville–New Hope area, working throughout Bucks County, Hunterdon County, and the surrounding Delaware Valley. Other locations can be discussed depending on the project and flight requirements.

Tell us what you're trying to show.
It might be a property listing, a finished landscape, a business story, or an entire video series. We'll help you think through the most useful approach before you commit to a production.
